Farm Gleaning Evening
Thursday, October 16th
Rugged Roots Farm
4:30pm to 6:30pm
Bring a basket and clippers and harvest end of season produce, including but not limited to berries, squash, flowers, herbs, and seeds.
Featuring kid’s zone activities & education about end of season strawberries. Take home strawberry runners to start your own patch!
This program is FREE, but donations to support food access & farm education are welcome.
Summer Workshops
Every summer, LSFP hosts free/low-cost workshops on Rugged Roots farm. Workshops cover a range of subjects- from food preservation to flower arranging. A workshop scheduled is announced at the beginning of the season— stay tuned for our 2025 schedule!
